Starlight Team · Teachers' Recitation: Tender Hearts, First Principles

At the partner meeting, Yoosen teachers presented a special gift to parents — a recitation. Through the applause, you can see why these certified teachers, with 5+ years average experience, choose to stand among children.

"Today, our teachers have also prepared a gift for you — would you like to see it?"

As the host finished, teachers walked onto the stage one by one. What they brought was not a curriculum pitch, but a recitation.

Trust, Through the Applause

Through your applause, I felt your affection for the teachers of Yoosen Little Classroom.

As the poem says: nurture tender young hearts, and hold fast to the first principles of education. Every Yoosen teacher will lead children to discover the little joys of life, accompanying them as they grow happily.

The Daily Life of 14 Certified Teachers

Yoosen Little Classroom currently has 14 certified teachers with 5+ years of average experience — some specialize in literary enlightenment, some in mathematical thinking, and some in English and focus training.

They arrive at 7:45 to greet the children and send off the last student at 17:00; they lead morning physical exercise and afternoon eye exercises, radio gymnastics, and teamwork games; 27.5 classes per week, interleaving core subjects with comprehensive skills.

"Teachers Are Also Someone's Children, and Someone's Mother"

One line from the meeting moved many parents:

"Everyone makes mistakes — children do, and so do teachers. They are also their mothers' children, and their students' mothers. Everyone's work is hard and deserves understanding. So we hope, as long as principles are not broken, give teachers a little more tolerance."

Education has never been a one-way effort by teachers — it is a group of people together guarding the growth of one child. That is the story "Stars from Yoosen" aims to record.
